Comoros: Extension and development of Moroni international airport financed by the Iraq work




An Iraqi delegation was in the Comoros the week last in the context of the work of updating the international standards of the international Prince Said Ibrahim airport of Moroni, including alongside representatives of the national agency of civil aviation of the archipelago as well as the Agency for the safety of air navigation in Africa.

Technicians of the Iraqi delegation conducted studies of the topography of the site and conducted Geotechnical soil depth of the track to accommodate the large aircraft tarmac.

Development work and expansion of international airport Prince Said Ibrahim of Moroni are estimated at 13.5 million dollars (9.9 million euros).
