Comoros: Counsel of the putschists claim to hold evidence of the innocence of their clients
More than three months after the attempted putsch to overthrow the Comorian president Dhoinine Ikilou, counsel of putsch plotters involved in the preparations of this coup d’état in the Comoros criticized the slow pace of investigation in this case.

No public hearing is thus fixed for now so that the general Attorney can present his indictment with evidence of guilt against the alleged putschists, as relates the lagazettedescomores.com site.

"I challenge anyone who will support the contrary. I say high and strong that our clients are innocent, I am optimistic and I have confidence in justice", supports one of the lawyers of the putschists who claims "of having evidence" which will bring the Comorian justice to pay the putschists.

As a reminder, several Congolese soldiers, a Chadian, a French mercenary and old men of rank of the Comorian army were arrested, Saturday April 20, 2013, at two o'clock in the morning, in a village located between Moroni and Hahaya, suspected of preparing a coup d ' état in the Comoros.
