Comoros: An assistant referee violently assaulted and is between life and death after a Comorian football match of Division 2
An assistant referee for the match between two clubs in second division Comorian was violently assaulted on Sunday at the end of the match at top of table after the defeat on his land of the Kopve team against the formation of Mkazi-Bambao by the score of 1-0.

The result has unleashed unprecedented violence from supporters of the team Kopve armed with cudgels and knives who wanted to kill the referee as well as the federal match commissioner.

Mkazi-Bambao players have tried everything to physically protect the arbitral body but were unable to put away one of the assistant referees, lynched by angry fans and left to die in the bleachers.

The assistant referee in critical condition still struggling between life and death in the ICU.
