Air Mauritius further weighed down by the purchase policy of fuel negotiated in advance




The latest balance sheet for the financial period 2014-2015 of Air Mauritius which terminates on March 31 of this year, after present corrective 950 million rupees * operating losses.
 
The national airline company of Mauritius ahead to explain this huge deficit the depreciation of the euro during reference period.
 
However the total losses of Air Mauritius totaled 1.9 billion rupees including the buying system (hedging) through which the company has been negotiating beforehand a barrel of oil price and paid its fuel over the period at much higher level than the actual market price.
