A revolutionary soap to fight against paludism

A revolutionary soap to fight against paludism
Two students, Burkinabe and of Burundi, have developed a revolutionary soap, "Faso Soap", citronella-based and shea as well as other natural ingredients kept secret.

The "Soap Faso" repels mosquitoes and their larvae destroy.

Moctar Dembele and Gerard Niyondiko, students at the International Institute of Water Engineering and of the Environment of Ouagadougou, were well rewarded for their work by the prestigious American University of California, Berkeley.

The soap which costs only 46 euro cents could be distributed in large quantities and prevent the proliferation of the parasite transmitted by mosquitoes, as related franceinfo.fr.
