Bermello Ajamil and Partners, in association with local engineers GIBB Mauritius Ltd., has been selected by the Mauritius Port Authority to provide a cruise terminal building design at Port Louis Harbour.

The project will be headed by Mr. Jim Rowe from New York. He has been responsible for the design of some of B&A’s most impressive cruise terminals including the design of renovations to the cruise terminals at Piers 88 and 90 in New York City and the terminal at Brooklyn’s Pier 12, the Cape Liberty Cruise Terminal in Bayonne, New Jersey, and the James R. Herman Cruise Terminal at Pier 27 in San Francisco which just recently received a Merit Award from the Miami Chapter of the AIA for its design.

This future structure will be a future asset for the cruise development in the vanilla islands.
